When are you open?
Mekong Zipline operates daily throughout the year, except during special closures due to
weather conditions, government regulations, or safety-related circumstances.
Operating hours:
- SUN – THU: 1PM – 9PM
- FRI – SAT: 1PM – 10PM
For special group bookings outside our normal operating hours, please contact us at [email protected] or call 099 923 000 or 099 924 000.
Exact operating times may vary depending on weather and river conditions.
Do I need to sign anything?
All participants must sign a waiver and release form prior to participating in any Mekong Zipline activity. Guests under 18 years of age must have a legal parent or guardian co-sign the waiver.
Do I need special insurance?
No. Mekong Zipline carries comprehensive liability insurance through a licensed Cambodian insurance provider.
However, all guests are required to sign a waiver before participating in any activity.
Community Support
Does Mekong Zipline support the local community?
Yes. Mekong Zipline is committed to supporting local communities, sustainable tourism, and responsible development along the Mekong River.
A portion of each ticket contributes to local employment, training, and community support initiatives.
Payment
When is full payment due?
Full payment is required prior to participation. Advance payment is recommended to secure your preferred date and time.
If paying on-site, we accept cash (KHR or USD), debit cards, and Mastercard. These payment methods are accepted unless otherwise stated.

What if I need to reschedule my booking?
- 24 hours or more before the scheduled date: Full refund or reschedule permitted.
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled date: Rescheduling or refunds are not permitted.
Restrictions
What is the minimum and maximum weight?
Maximum Weight
110 kg (242 lbs). Our zipline system and tower structures are engineered to exceed international safety standards.
Minimum Height
120 cm (3 ft 11 in) to properly fit the harness.
What about my health?
The Mekong Zipline experience is exciting and accessible for most guests. While ziplining itself is not physically demanding, participants must be able to:
- Walk short distances
- Climb stairs within the tower structures
- Follow safety instructions clearly
Pregnant women should not participate, as the experience requires wearing a full body harness.

What ages can ride the zipline?
Mekong Zipline is recommended for guests from approximately 12 to 88 years old, provided they are in good general health and meet the height and weight requirements.
What should I bring & wear?
- Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing
- Closed-toe shoes (flip-flops and loose footwear are not permitted)
- Sunscreen (even on cloudy days)
- Light rain jacket during the rainy season (June–October)
- Avoid loose or dangling jewelry
Helmets and harnesses are provided and required for all participants.
Secure lockers are available free of charge.
And most importantly—bring your sense of adventure!

Internationally Trained Safety Rangers
- Each group is accompanied by highly trained Safety Rangers
- Group sizes are carefully controlled to ensure personalized attention
- All Safety Rangers are trained in first aid and emergency response
- First aid equipment is available on-site at all times
Our Safety Rangers manage all technical aspects so you can fully enjoy the experience.
Do you include a safety briefing?
Before starting, all guests receive a comprehensive safety briefing.
This includes:
- Proper use of harnesses and equipment
- Correct ziplining posture and techniques
- Clear instructions for take-off, landing, and emergency procedures
Our Safety Rangers are always available to answer questions before and during the experience.
Is all equipment provided?
All guests are fitted with international certified equipment:
- Helmet
- Full-body harness
Each piece of equipment is checked for proper fit and function before use. Our equipment is certified Zip‑Rush equipment, manufactured in Canada.
Is the equipment safe?
- Towers, cables, braking systems, and platforms are inspected daily
- Additional inspections are conducted after adverse weather
- All systems are designed, installed, and maintained to meet or exceed international safety standards
